Welmark 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We believe in our planners and we want you to feel confident investing in yourself.

That’s why we offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase of any Welmark planner or subscription.

Please note, this policy applies only to subscriptions and orders placed directly through welmarkplanner.com. Purchases made through third-party retailers are subject to that retailer's own policies.

What’s Covered

If you’re not completely satisfied with your first planner or subscription, you have 90 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund—no questions asked.

Eligibility

  • Applies to first-time purchases of a planner or subscription only

  • Item must be in original condition: unused or lightly used is okay

  • Guarantee does not apply to follow-up or repeat orders

  • Proof of purchase is required

Manufacturer Warranty for Follow-Up Orders

For all follow-up purchases, returns are only accepted in the case of:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Product faults

Please contact us with details and photos if you believe your item is faulty, we’ll make it right.

 

How to Claim Your Refund

To start a return or report an issue:

  1. Email us at yourfriends@welmarkplanner.com with your order number

  2. If eligible, we’ll provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label (where applicable)

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days

Note: Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us immediately. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
